Doran Leads Day One of Youth Nationals (Plus Photos!)

Courtown's Phliip Doran leads the Laser Radial class after the first day of sailing at the Misubishi Youth National Championships on Dublin Bay today. Scroll down for Gareth Craig's on the water photos.

A steady 10 knot north easterly wind provided ideal sailing conditions on the two courses.

It was the first day of racing for four of the six fleets competing, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, 420 and Topper. The Optimists and Fevas had a practice race today in advance of racing tomorrow.
